1. How to Add Project?

2. How to Create Project Filter Page?
Go to => WP-Menu => Pages => Add New
Firstly, Create a page by the name of Project or your chosen name. Select page template like Project With Category then publishes the page. Refer the screenshot.
3. How to change Column Layout?
Go to => WP-Menu => Appearance => Customize => Templates Settings => Project Template
