“Contact Page” template enables your any page (page name most likely to be Contact Us) to display your contact information. All you need to do is to assign the “Contact Page” template to your page. As like in the screenshot. Here “Contact page” template does this job via displaying Google MapContact Form and Contact template sidebar area’s Widgets.

  • Google Map: In your WP Admin Panel, go to Appearance => Customizing ▸ Template settings ▸ Contact page settings
Here, paste the Google Map URL in Contact page settings and can set Contact form title, which is shown as the title of your contact form. As like in the screenshot.
  • Contact Form: Here Contact Form is coming from shortcode of “Contact Form 7” Plugin. You can follow the LINK to add Contact Form.
  • Contact template sidebar area: It’s a widget area where you can add widgets to show at page sidebar. This dedicated widget area only will work for “Contact page” template. In the above screenshot, we have only added three widgets ie. Text widget, WBR: Contact Widget and “SpiceMailer Social Icons” Widget.
