You can customize the section of the homepage on the website using Layout Manager. You can manage section using Layout Manger. In this setting, you can see tabs of sections like that theme introduction-top, service section, portfolio/portfolio, news, latest news and callout area. You can enable/disable sections and reorder to sections as you need.
1. How do I change the location of Sections?
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Layout Manager
Here you can see Theme Layout Manager. You can change the location of sections. All sections are enabled by default. Refer attach the screen shot.
