Latest News features available in Appointment Theme, Using this features you can display your all announcement, press news and any types of news. You can create news using custom post type.
1. How to Add News?
Firstly, You need to create a post category and some post. If you are beginner in WordPress? Do follow this tutorials – How to Add Post in WordPress
2. How to Display News on Home Page?
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Latest News Settings
Here you can display news on home page and manage title and description of news section. Refer attach screen shot.
- Hide News Section from Homepage – You can hide News Section from Home Page
- Show Slider Post in Latest News – If you want to show slider post in latest News Section? Check this setting.
- Hide Post Meta From News Section – You can hide Meta Details form Latest News Blog like that Author details, Post date etc.
- Title – Enter title here.
- Description – Enter description here.
- Select Category for Latest News – You can select category for Latest News according to you.
- Select the Number of Posts – Select Number of post display for Latest News Section.
