You can customize the section of homepage on the website using Layout Manager. You can manage section using Layout Manger. In this setting you can see tabs of sections like that service, portfolio/portfolio, news, testimonial and callout. You can enable / disable sections and reorder to sections as you need.
1. How to Change Homepage Sections Order ?
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Layout Manager
Here you can see Theme Layout Manager. You can change location of sections. All sections are enabled by default. Refer attach screenshot.
