You can display Coming Soon Page on specific Page / Post using Landing Page Mode Setting. During maintenance you can display coming soon mode for your visitors.
Go to => Webriti Coming Soon Pro => Notification Form Settings => Access Settings
Here you can see Landing Page Mode setting. Select your page / post and click on save changes button. After logged out your WP-admin panel you can see coming soon page.
